Market participants switched again to the «risk on» mode as measured by many indicators we are following. Our buying/selling index, fear/greed index, capitulation index and activities in the options market reflected this tendency. Breadth recovered: 3021 stocks advanced compared to 812 that settled down. ETF on the Nasdaq attracted heavy flow of money, short term speculators have been accustomed to buying the dips of the market recently and they are continuing to play the same speculative stocks. In summary, the latest correction has not deterred the enthousiasm of short term players and, in our opinion, the market has not been washed out as our risk profile index still stands in the highs of its trading range.
