Some profit taking occurred on various segments of the market, breadth settled negative : 1462 stocks advanced compared to 2667 that closed lower. Options traders are becoming more cautious as measured by put/call ratios that improved across the board. The cumulative advance/decline line is deteriorating on both the NYSE and the Nasdaq and heading South, this is an early warning sign for the sustainability of the bull market.
