S&P 500 3185,04 + 32,99.

The stock market recovered from an initial weakness to close at the highs of the week, still led by the same leaders. We observed heavy buying as measured by our buying/selling index and again activity in the option market was buoyed by heavy calls buyers. Our buying pressure index, fear/greed index and capitulation index are entering into the overbought zone, indicating that greed and complacency are widely spread among market participants. This market is led by momentum buying in peculiar situations like the tech industry or the steroïd stock Tesla, some food for thoughts…
