S&P 500 3701,17 +6,55.
A quiet trading day ahead of the Fed statement that did its job: reassuring the financial markets that the monetary policy will continue to be very expansive. The traders were a little bit cautious, taking off some money off the table ahead of the announcement, as monitored by our buying/selling index and put/call ratios. The weekly sentiment survey among private investors still point out to a majority of bulls as the bull to bear ratio stands at 1,65, the seventh week on a row that the index stands above the parity.
