The stock market opened on a weak note following deceiving earnings reports. The market is still trading sideways, working out the overbought conditions set up early January. The risk model is back to neutral and this period of backing and filling may continue somehow during the earnings season. We evaluate the downside risk to the 2580 area for the S&P 500.
