S&P 500 2976,74 +14,95.

The S&P 500 closed the month of September up 1,72%. This performance compares well with the average of the last 30 years established at -0,28% for this period. It has to be mentionned that there are wide discrepancies: the best performances are +8,76% in 2010 followed by +6,24% in 1998 and the worst: -11% in 2002 followed by -9% in 2008. The market seems to be stuck, for the time being, into a large trading range between 2945 and 3000, pursuing the consolidation/correction we envisioned lately for this period of the year. This market action helps our model whose components are improving slowly.
